The Surdna Foundation has been a long term supporter of DS4SI. They first offered us a general operating grant to support our arts and activism work during 2012-2013, and then became an even more significant supporter with a sustaining grant from 2019-2021, and additional support to improve our communications. The Surdna Foundation seeks to foster sustainable communities in the United States -- communities guided by principles of social justice and distinguished by healthy environments, strong local economies, and thriving cultures.
